The Parenthood Project
Community Legal Aid believes that parents have a critical role to play in raising and supporting their children. Our Parenthood Project is dedicated to reducing disparities in visitation for noncustodial parents, especially for marginalized populations, through legal education, support, and direct representation.
Parents can learn about their rights and talk with an attorney about parenting time orders during a monthly, online clinic held on the second Tuesday of each month at 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Additional help may be available in Stark, Trumbull, and Columbiana counties.
Learn about your rights and find the paperwork you need for court in our toolkit.
As part of our Big Ideas series, Legal Aid discusses the devestating impact of false stereotypes of so-called "deadbeat dads."
