Community Legal Aid has a grievance procedure if you are not satisfied with the service provided. Please contact the Legal Aid HelpLine by telephone at (800) 998-9454 for more information.

When you complete the online application, you will be immediately informed about the status of your application. In some cases, we will let you know immediately that Community Legal Aid will be unable to assist you. In most cases, we will let you know that a staff person will review the information you provided and contact you within a few days. We may contact you by telephone, email, or letter. You must provide a valid telephone number where you can be reached.
