Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC)

The Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic supports Community Legal Aid mission by protecting the rights of low-income taxpayers. Project staff assist taxpayers with controversies with the Internal Revenue Service, educate low-income residents about their tax rights and responsibilities, and advocate for equitable tax policies for low-wage earners.
