What is housing stability?

Housing is critical for every family. It provides safety, warmth, and security. Through stable housing, parents and keep their jobs, kids can stay in their schools, and families can improve their lives.

 

How can legal aid help?

Through legal advocacy, our housing team helps families get and keep safe, affordable housing and build equitable neighborhoods. Some areas that we help with include:

  • Evictions
  • Subsidized housing
  • Housing conditions and safety
  • Fair Housing rights
  • Landlord-tenant issues

How does HSP work?
