Free and open to participants of South Street's reentry program - second Thursday of each month 1:00 - 4:00 PM.

Overview

Advocates will be onsite at South Street Ministries, located at 798 Grant St. in Akron. Advocates will share information about legal services including, but not limited to:

  • Addressing court debt and/or barriers to employment
  • Forming tenant unions to improve living conditions
  • Assistance with small business and nonprofit start-ups

  • Other civil legal issues
