Community Legal Aid only provides assistance to residents of Columbiana, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, and Wayne Counties or those with legal problems that need to be resolved in one of these counties.
Community Legal Aid cannot guarantee that your case will be accepted. Information that you provide through this online application will be used to determine whether we will be able to accept your case. No attorney-client relationship is created through the use of this online application. Community Legal Aid has grievance procedure if you are not satisfied with the service provided. An intake specialist or attorney will review the information that you provide and will attempt to contact you within two or three business days at the hours you indicate that you are available. If we are unable to reach you by telephone, we will close your application for service and you will be required to complete another online application or contact the HelpLine by telephone. You must provide a valid telephone number where you can be reached.
Community Legal Aid will keep all information that you provide through this online application confidential. We cannot guarantee that the computer you are using is secure. If you are using a publicly accessible computer please understand that the information that you enter on this online application may be stored on the computer you are using and that others may be able to read that information. If you need assistance with a divorce, you must complete a written Divorce Application. You can download the Divorce Application below. If you do not want to download the Divorce Application, you may request that we mail it to you through the online application. The Divorce Application has instructions on how to complete the form and return it to Community Legal Aid.
