Course Description

A substantive and procedural look at unemployment compensation from the claimant’s perspective.  Topics covered include:  the client interview, how to apply, how to appeal, and hearing officer expectations.  

Speakers

Attorney Michelle Wrona-Fox and Paralegal Terri Underwood both handle unemployment cases for Community Legal Aid. 

There will also be an attorney and hearing officer from the Review Commission presenting.
