Free and open to eligible Trumbull County residents or those with a listed civil action that is pending in one of the participating courts.
Overview
This free legal clinic is offered in partnership with the Trumbull County Bar Association and local courts. Only the following types of cases are considered for assistance:
- Evictions/housing
- Foreclosure
- Consumer Debt
- Collection Lawsuits
Participating courts include Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas, Warren Municipal Court, Newton Falls Municipal Court, Niles Municipal Court, Girard Municipal Court, Trumbull County Central District Court, and, Trumbull County Eastern District Court.
