Advocate Training: Break the Silence Virtual Conference

Location: Zoom information will be provided to those who register

Free and open to anyone who works with survivors of violence, stalking, or assault.

Break the Silence is Community Legal Aid's annual conference on identifying and protecting vulnerable populations.  This year's special virtual sessions will address working with transgender, hearing-impaired, and disabled survivors.

Violence hasn't stopped for the Covid-19 pandemic, and neither have we. We've moved this year's conference to an online format, offered in shorter blocks over the course of three days:

  • September 14th from 10:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. - Challenges Facing Transgender Survivors
  • September 16th from 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. - Challenges Facing Hearing-Impaired Survivors
  • September 22nd from 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. - Challenges Facing Survivors with Disabilities
