We want YOU to help shape the future of Community Legal Aid!

We get 90,000 calls each year from people seeking legal help. Since we can’t possibly help everyone who calls, we prioritize our work.  We try to do those things that will make a positive difference both for our clients, and for the community.

Periodically we conduct a comprehensive inquiry to make sure we have identified the most critical legal needs of low-income residents of our community.

By taking this survey you can help us in two important ways.

• Firstly, we want to hear what you have to say about how we might improve how the way in which we do our work. 
• Secondly, we want to develop a better understanding of the most critical legal needs of low income people so that we can define priorities for the cases we accept and the matters we undertake.
