Overview

This training provides an overview of special education law, including identification of students and how to ensure a child receives a free appropriate public education.  Participants will also learn about the discipline process for both disabled and non-disabled students, and how these impact a student’s educational opportunities.  

3.0 hours CLE credits have been approved from the Ohio Supreme Court
