Has a foreclosure been filed against you? Are you prepared for mediation? If a foreclosure has been filed against you and you would like to learn more about the foreclosure process, how to prepare for mediation, or other related topics, you can attend Legal Aid's FREE Foreclosure Clinic. A Legal Aid attorney will provide information on the following topics:
  • Foreclosure process and timeline
  • HAMP and other work-out plans
  • Lender expectations
  • Bankruptcy as an option
  • How to prepare the required paperwork
  • How to prepare for mediation and what to ask for

**PLEASE BRING YOUR SUMMONS AND COMPLAINT WITH YOU TO THE CLINIC**


 

Where: Main Branch Library, 715 Market Avenue N, Canton, 44702

When: Clinic begins at 4:30 p.m.

Registration: No registration is required. Arrive at the clinic prior to the 4:30 p.m. start time.
