Qualifying clients can attend a FREE workshop led by a Legal Aid Staff attorney. Potential participants must qualify for Legal Aid services, and all parties (parents, grandparents, etc.) must be in agreement.If you are the movant party, and would like to obtain custody of a minor child, Community Legal Aid Services can assist you in the preparation of pleadings to be filed in court. Participants must have been residing in Wayne County for at least 90 days, and have been a resident of Ohio for at least 6 months. During the workshop, participants will have an opportunity to:
